Rooms are rented from noon to noon. Every cancellation must be made through web-site on which the reservation was made. For any change in reservation, please contact us by phone at 33 (0) 1 47 07 20 90 (not valid for cancellations that you must do on the site through which you reserved).
A Credit Card number, its expiry date as well as the three digit security code printed at the back of the card are absolutely required to confirm the reservation***. The room-rate includes VAT as well as service. In case of cancellation after noon on the day of arrival or no show, one night per room will be deducted from your credit card. Check in at 12:00 hours and check out at 12:00 hours.
* Depending on the availabilities of hotel, the reservation of a triple room is, therefore, compulsory and the rate of a double room will be charged.
** Offer valid for a stay and for up to 2 children per adult who consumes a breakfast on site.
*** All credit card reservations rejected by our bank preauthorization center will be cancelled without prior notice or delay.
